Shipping Policy Disclaimer
On acceptance of orders, Lifty Electrics will make every effort to process within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, crisis, and many others may affect this.
We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the same day, our dispatch & delivery timescales are detailed on specific product pages. Please note that couriers can experience delays or backlogs, Lifty Electrics cannot be held liable for such shipping delays.
To ensure the security of purchases, Lifty Electrics may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.
Countries That We Ship To
We ship within the Ireland and all countries in the EU. Please note that due to Brexit, Orders being shipped to the Uk may be subject to customs duties.

In case of any special requests pertaining to the mode of shipping, please contact us after placing your order and one of our representatives will assist you.
Please note that if the order being delivered is not accepted for any reason or the customer refuses to clear the custom fees before receiving the order, the customs officer may destroy the item or would need to ship it back to us, in this case, all the expenses that would occur including shipping & taxes, the customer is solely responsible for handling all the fees that will incur.
Processing Time
We try to process all orders placed on our website within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed within Monday - Friday (9 am - 11 am) will start processing on the same day. Orders made after this cut-off time will start processing the next business day. There are no orders being processed or shipped during weekends.

Special Order Items
Non-returnable unless defective.
Pre-payment is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer regardless of account terms.
Any shipping charges incurred from the manufacturer will be added to the invoice.
All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse at the time the order is placed.
Lead times will vary due to stock conditions, weather conditions, time of day the order is placed, inadequate pre-payment, or other credit issues.

Our Promise
At Lifty Electrics, we stand behind our electric scooters and e-bikes. We guarantee the original buyer that their product will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship during the warranty period. Check your product’s specification table for details, and rest assured, we comply with all legal warranty requirements. While we aim for perfection, we can’t promise that everything will always run perfectly or without hiccups.
If Something Goes Wrong
If you discover a defect during the warranty period, here’s what we’ll do:
Repair it using new or refurbished parts.
Replace it with a new or refurbished product.
Refund you (excluding shipping costs).
The choice is up to us, but we’ll always try to repair it first. Replacement items are covered for the rest of the original warranty period or 30 days—whichever is longer. Shipping fees might apply unless the law says otherwise.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, you’ll need proof of purchase and your product’s serial number.
In the UK? Our warranty covers parts only, meaning you identify the faulty part, and we’ll send it to you for self-repair or local service. Brexit makes cross-border repairs tricky, so be sure you’re ready for DIY fixes or have a repair shop nearby.

Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from Lifty Electrics.
