Shipping Policy Disclaimer
On acceptance of orders, Lifty Electrics will make every effort to process within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, crisis, and many others may affect this.
We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the same day, our dispatch & delivery timescales are detailed on specific product pages. Please note that couriers can experience delays or backlogs, Lifty Electrics cannot be held liable for such shipping delays.
To ensure the security of purchases, Lifty Electrics may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.

We ship within the Ireland and all countries in the EU. Please note that due to Brexit, Orders being shipped to the Uk may be subject to customs duties.

In case of any special requests pertaining to the mode of shipping, please contact us after placing your order and one of our representatives will assist you.
Please note that if the order being delivered is not accepted for any reason or the customer refuses to clear the custom fees before receiving the order, the customs officer may destroy the item or would need to ship it back to us, in this case, all the expenses that would occur including shipping & taxes, the customer is solely responsible for handling all the fees that will incur.
Processing Time
We try to process all orders placed on our website within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed within Monday - Friday (9 am - 11 am) will start processing on the same day. Orders made after this cut-off time will start processing the next business day. There are no orders being processed or shipped during weekends.

Non-returnable unless defective.
Pre-payment is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer regardless of account terms.
Any shipping charges incurred from the manufacturer will be added to the invoice.
All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse at the time the order is placed.
Lead times will vary due to stock conditions, weather conditions, time of day the order is placed, inadequate pre-payment, or other credit issues.
By placing an order via our website (www.liftyscooters.ie), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our ordering and delivery page for further information.
In order to contract with Lifty Electric Scooters, you must be over 18 years of age. Lifty Electric Scooters retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that your e-scooter is operated by all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Lifty Electric Scooters and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Lifty Electric Scooters retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and the title of goods will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
