Tires: New design 8 x 3.1" rubber (airless) all terrain tires. The advantages of airless tires: immune to flats and less maintenance. You can ride on all terrain (not designed for heavy off-road riding) without having to worry about getting a flat. You also don’t have to bother with inflating your tires or keeping the correct air pressure, so these tires require less maintenance. Riding your scooter 2000-3000 miles before changing a worn-out tire gives you peace of mind.  The airless tires might seem like a bumpy hard ride, but after testing the X8, we were pleasantly surprised at how the new rubber absorbed the road vibration and riding the X8 was enjoyable regardless of the airless tires. 

Lights: Built in powerful 800 lumens headlight (top mounted,) plus lower LED front lights, and NEW acrylic side lights with over 16 million colors (patented.) 120 different light pattern options! Absolutely stunning! Now even brighter! Controlled with an app. Download app: LED Hue. Connect to SP110E. Set pixel to 600. No other manufacturer has this feature on their scooter. 2 LED rear lights (flash when brakes are applied.)

Brakes: Front and rear hydraulic oil Nutt disc brakes plus regenerative braking (some scooters costing thousands do not provide these types of brakes.) Nutt are considered to be one of the best braking systems in the scooter industry. The hydraulic Nutt brakes do not require continual adjustments like mechanical brakes do. Just enjoy the ride. Most offer hydraulic brakes as an upgrade. Our customers love the hydraulic brakes so much that we decided to offer them as a standard option on all Hero scooters.

Suspension: Dual front and rear coil spring suspension. (UPGRADED)

Display: Smart LCD display with thumb throttle. If you prefer trigger style, that is also available. 

2 charging ports (one on each side.) The charging ports are safely hidden, so you won't damage the charging ports by hitting the side of the deck. X8 comes with 4A certified charger with fan. Charging time is 4-8 hours (depending on battery.)

BMX style handlebar (non-foldable) for higher quality riding experience. The X8 fits inside most car trunks for transport. Foldable handlebars loosen after riding for some time. The new straight handlebar is much safer and makes the ride more comfortable vs the folded handlebars.

Hero X8 was designed to keep repairs as effortless as possible. Most scooter manufactures do not offer this option with their scooters when it comes to repairs and maintenance. For example, if the motor needs to be replaced, you will not need to open the deck to disconnect wires from the controller. You can easily unplug and remove it from the outside. All outer parts have quick disconnects, so if a part gets damaged, you can easily disconnect and replace it with a new part.
